Md. Nazmul Hussain Siddique, FCA, is an accomplished Strategic Management Consultant and Chartered Accountant, recognized for his expertise in corporate governance, financial compliance, business intelligence, and organizational transformation. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (Enrollment No. 1427) and an Enlisted Auditor with the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, he has built a distinguished career advising organizations on sustainable growth, governance frameworks, and operational excellence.

Mr. Siddique currently serves as Chairman of Accoulancer PLC, a consultancy entity providing comprehensive accounting, financial advisory, and business development services. He is also the Chairman of Accoutech Limited, where he oversees the development of accounting and management software solutions designed to support the operational and reporting needs of SMEs and corporate organizations.

Since August 2020, he has been engaged as Strategic Management Consultant to Confidence Salt Limited, dedicating approximately 64 hours per month to advisory services focused on corporate governance, business process restructuring, information system integration, production efficiency, growth strategy, HR resource optimization, and financial reporting compliance aligned with IFRS and local regulatory requirements. He is also a Partner at Masih Muhith Haque & Co. Chartered Accountants, contributing to audit, assurance, and advisory services.

Beyond traditional financial consultancy, Mr. Siddique has extensive experience in information systems and enterprise management solutions. He has worked with organizations such as Echotex Limited, where he contributed to ERP and MIS integration; Premium Fish and Agro Limited, where he designed data-driven management and operational control systems; and Shahjalal Foods Limited, where he developed integrated information systems connecting production, finance, and reporting frameworks.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Siddique contributes to professional development as a Faculty Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He is also a member of Shaheen Golf and Country Club and an affiliated golfer of the International Golf Federation.
